At SD Creations, we aim to deliver your handcrafted products safely and on time. This policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, and process.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2β5 working days.
- Custom orders or bulk quantities may take extra time.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is a delay in dispatch due to high demand, logistics, or stock issues, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Standard Delivery Time: 5β10 working days (depending on your location)
- Remote or Non-Metro Areas: 7β12 working days
- COD Orders: May require verification via call/SMS before dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

β Courier partner name
β Estimated delivery timeline
You can track your shipment on the courier partnerβs website/app.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available in selected pin codes only.
- The courier partner will collect payment at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at the address.
Fake or unresponsive COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
β Incorrect or incomplete address
β Unreachable/locked address
β Customer unavailable
β COD payment refusal
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:
Do not accept the delivery
- Take photos or video
- Inform us within 24β48 hours
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution.
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If you are planning to ship outside India, let me know and Iβll add a section for international orders.
(Currently, this policy assumes domestic shipping only.)
9. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics partners
- Natural disasters
- Festivals or government restrictions
- Strikes or operational disruptions
