At SD Creations, we aim to deliver your handcrafted products safely and on time. This policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, and process.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
  • Custom orders or bulk quantities may take extra time.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is a delay in dispatch due to high demand, logistics, or stock issues, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (depending on your location)
  • Remote or Non-Metro Areas: 7–12 working days
  • COD Orders: May require verification via call/SMS before dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

βœ” Courier partner name
βœ” Estimated delivery timeline

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website/app.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available in selected pin codes only.
  • The courier partner will collect payment at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at the address.

Fake or unresponsive COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

❌ Incorrect or incomplete address
❌ Unreachable/locked address
❌ Customer unavailable
❌ COD payment refusal

In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

Do not accept the delivery

  • Take photos or video
  • Inform us within 24–48 hours

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you are planning to ship outside India, let me know and I’ll add a section for international orders.

(Currently, this policy assumes domestic shipping only.)


9. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Natural disasters
  • Festivals or government restrictions
  • Strikes or operational disruptions

However, we will do our best to keep you informed.
