At SD Creations, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made with care by Indian artisans. Since our items are often custom-made or crafted in small batches, cancellations and refunds are handled under the conditions below.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours or once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Order Cancellation by SD Creations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

❌ Incorrect pricing or technical error
❌ Payment failure or incomplete transaction
❌ Unserviceable delivery location
❌ Product out of stock
❌ Fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, you will be notified, and if payment was made, a refund (if applicable) will be initiated.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

βœ… Product damaged in transit (with proof)
βœ… Wrong item delivered
βœ… Manufacturing defect
βœ… Order cancelled within the allowed window

Refunds are not applicable for:
❌ Minor color or texture variations in handmade products
❌ Customer’s change of mind after dispatch
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer


4. Return or Replacement Process

If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear images or video as proof

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

  4. Product must be unused, in original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on availability.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

βœ” UPI / Wallet / Card / Net Banking: 5–7 working days

Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.


6. No Return/Refund in These Cases

❌ Customer no longer wants the item after delivery
❌ Customized/personalized items
❌ Product used or damaged after delivery
❌ Request made after 48 hours of delivery
❌ No proof of damage/defect


7. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item

We do not offer size/design exchanges for preference.
