5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select pin codes only

5.1 Online Payment Policy

  • Failed or incomplete transactions will not be considered valid.

5.2 COD Policy

  • COD may require order confirmation via call/SMS.

  • Fake, unresponsive, or fraudulent COD orders may be cancelled.

  • The courier partner may collect cash at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability.

  • We usually dispatch orders within 3–7 working days.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics, customised products, or high demand.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if available).

Delivery charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our products are handcrafted, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
✔ Damaged during delivery
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Defective item

To request a return/replacement:

  • Inform us within 2–3 days of delivery

  • Provide images/video proof of damage/issue

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 By Customer

  • Online Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • COD Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

8.2 By SD Creations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

❌ Payment issues
❌ Pricing or stock errors
❌ Fraudulent attempts

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
